Jake & the Case of the Missing Bride is coming to Long Beach September 25th & 26th — and we're looking for a local Peninsula artist to design the official event t-shirt. Submit your original artwork for consideration. The winning design gets printed on the official Jake's Birthday t-shirt, worn by attendees and Jake's fans all across the Peninsula and beyond.

Submit your original digital artwork using the form below.
Marsh's Free Museum will review all entries and select the winning design. The winner will be contacted directly and asked to
provide their final vector file for print production.

Jake & the Case of the Missing Bride is coming September 25th & 26th—and we want a local artist to design the official event t-shirt!


Submit your original digital artwork for consideration. The winning design goes on the shirt, worn by attendees and Jake's Fans all across the Peninsula and beyond.

Submission requirements

  • Must be a local of the Peninsula

  • Artwork must feature Jake the Alligator Man and/or the Missing Bride theme

  • Submit a JPG or PNG preview of your artwork— if selected, we'll reach out for the vector file

  • Must be original work — NO AI-generated imagery

  • Submissions open until further notice

  • Winner selected by Marsh's Free Museum

If we select your design, we'll contact you for the vector file.

Artist release agreement

By submitting your artwork, you agree to the following terms:

1. You confirm this is your original work and you hold all rights to it.

2. You grant Marsh's Free Museum the right to reproduce, print, and distribute the winning design on Jake's Birthday merchandise, promotional materials, and social media.

3. Marsh's Free Museum reserves the right to select the winning design at their sole discretion. Submission does not guarantee selection.

4. Ownership rights of the artwork are to be determined between the winning artist and Marsh's Free Museum upon selection.

5. Non-winning submissions will not be used without the artist's explicit written consent.

6. You confirm you are a local of the Long Beach Peninsula at the time of submission.
