Be A Part of the Jake's Birthday Talent Show

Saturday, September 26th

Do you have a talent you'd like to share? Here's your chance to perform in front of a live audience and become part of Jake the Alligator Man's Birthday Celebration!

​

The Jake's Birthday Talent Show will take place on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM and will feature both Kids and Adult divisions. Sing, dance, perform magic, tell jokes, showcase a unique skill, or wow the crowd with something completely unexpected. We welcome a wide variety of talents!

Winners & Roles

​

Four winners will be selected by our judges:

​

Adult Division

Female Winner: Jake's New Bride

Male Winner: Jake's Best Man

​

Kids Division

Girl Winner: Flower Girl

Boy Winner: Ring Bearer

​

All four winners will participate in Jake's Wedding Ceremony, which will take place immediately following the talent show.

​

Prizes

Each winner will receive a valuable prize package in addition to their special role in Jake's Birthday festivities.

How to Enter

To be considered, please complete the sign-up form below.

​

We strongly encourage applicants to submit a video demonstrating their talent. While not required, videos will help our selection committee choose the performers who will compete in the live talent show.

Important Information

  • Event Date: Saturday

  • Talent Show Time: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Open to both children and adults

  • A variety of talents are welcome

  • Video submissions are appreciated and may improve your chances of being selected

  • Selected contestants will be contacted prior to the event

Talent Show Submission Agreement & Media Release

By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Talent Show Selection

Submission of an application does not guarantee participation in the Jake's Birthday Talent Show. Due to time limitations and event requirements, applicants will be reviewed and selected by event organizers. Selected participants will be notified prior to the event.

Video Submission

If I choose to submit a video demonstrating my talent, I understand that the video will be used by event organizers to evaluate my application and determine eligibility for participation.

Media Release

I grant Marsh's Free Museum, Jake's Birthday organizers, and their representatives the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and display any videos, photographs, recordings, images, or likenesses submitted by me or captured during the event for promotional, advertising, marketing, social media, website, and other lawful purposes without compensation or further approval.

I understand that submitted videos may be featured on websites, social media platforms, printed materials, news releases, advertisements, or other promotional content related to Jake's Birthday, Marsh's Free Museum, or future events.

Minors

If the applicant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must complete this application and provide consent on the minor's behalf.

Agreement

By submitting this application, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.
